"Mister Finch and the Queen": A Rhyming and Activity Book
Mister Finch is a fun-loving rhyming tale written by U2 Tuition’s founder, Camille, designed to inspire the creative imagination of children under 9 years old. The book includes a number of interactive activities at different levels.
The first book in what will become a series, is ‘Mister Finch and the Queen’. Mister Finch is a delightfully eccentric old man, about to receive his invitation from the Queen to the palace as he is soon to be one hundred. His pet chick, Marcello, goes everywhere with him on his rickety pink bicycle, visiting London’s most iconic sights. Camille’s hope is that this tale brings young and old together, laughing and concocting their own stories of misadventures wherever they may be.
Camille has drawn on her expertise in Key Stage 1 and 2 tuition, to devise a full interactive educative experience for young readers. The book itself and the webpage include a range of further activities to boost student’s comprehension and creative writing skills.
